We collect only what is strictly necessary to process your order:
When you place an order: name, email address, shipping address. Your payment details (card number, CVV) are processed directly by Stripe or PayPal — we never see or store them.
When you create an account: name, email address, and a bcrypt-hashed password. We also store your saved shipping addresses and a reference to your Stripe Customer ID (a token, not your card number).
When you submit a review: display name, email address (used only to verify purchase, never displayed publicly), rating, text, and optional photos.
Automatically: server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.
We use only strictly necessary cookies:
Session cookie (PHP): keeps you signed in during your visit. Expires after 30 days of inactivity. No tracking, no analytics.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics tools. No consent banner is required for our current cookie setup.
Local storage: your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie). It is never transmitted to our servers until checkout.
Stripe (stripe.com) — handles card payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. When you pay by card, your payment data goes directly to Stripe. We receive only a payment confirmation token. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
PayPal (paypal.com) — alternative payment method. PayPal handles all payment data independently. PayPal's privacy policy: paypal.com/privacy.
Printful (printful.com) — on-demand printing and fulfillment. We share your name and shipping address with Printful solely to fulfill your order. Printful's privacy policy: printful.com/policies/privacy.
Printify (printify.com) — alternative fulfillment provider. Same data sharing as above, used only when Printify fulfills your order. Printify's privacy policy: printify.com/privacy-policy.
Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log your IP address when serving font files. No cookies are set by Google Fonts.
Your data is used exclusively to: process and ship your order, send you an order confirmation email, provide customer support, and (if you create an account) maintain your order history and saved addresses.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. We do not send promotional emails unless you explicitly opt in.
Order records are retained for 7 years for accounting and tax compliance purposes. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Server logs are purged after 30 days.
Under GDPR (if you are located in the EU/EEA) and applicable US state privacy laws, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and object to certain types of processing.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. Payment data never touches our servers. Access to our database is restricted to authenticated server processes only.
